Terms of Service

At a glance: Voder connects your Xero to your AI assistant, read-only, to answer your questions. Use it lawfully. It’s provided as-is during this early phase, and Australian law applies.
Using Voder
You need a Xero account you’re authorised to connect. You’re responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure, since that’s how you sign in.
Your Xero connection
Voder requests read-only access to Xero. By connecting, you authorise Voder to read your Xero data to answer your questions. You can disconnect at any time.
Answers are informational
Voder surfaces information from Xero to help you; it is not financial, accounting, or tax advice. Check important figures in Xero before acting on them. Some answers can be incomplete — for example, a recent payment may not appear until it has been reconciled in Xero.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or break it, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
Voder is provided “as is” during this early phase. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Voder’s liability arising from your use of the service is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. We’ll update the date above when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
