How we handle your data

At a glance: Voder reads your Xero data to answer questions, and that’s all. It can’t change anything, it doesn’t store your figures, it’s encrypted, and it runs in Australia.
Read-only access
Voder asks Xero only for read access. It can read your accounts to answer a question, but it cannot create, change, or delete anything in your Xero.
We don’t keep your financial data
When you ask a question, Voder fetches just what it needs from Xero in real time, returns the answer to your AI assistant, and discards the figures. We don’t store your invoices, balances, or transactions.
What we do store
Only what’s needed to run the service: your email, the organisations you can access, an encrypted Xero connection token, and any feedback notes. Nothing else.
Where your data goes
- Hosted on Google Cloud, in Australia.
- Sign-in emails are sent via Resend.
- Answers to your questions go to the AI assistant you connected (such as Claude or ChatGPT).
- Our logs record only the shape of activity — which tool ran and how long — never your figures.
