Free during the VODER beta

Connect your FreshBooks organisation and explore your numbers at no VODER charge. If the free period ends, we’ll give you seven days’ notice. You won’t be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

FreshBooks’ own charges still apply. If you do not subscribe after the beta ends, VODER access ends and the connection is removed after the seven-day notice period.

What happens when the beta ends?

VODER is currently in beta and free for connected FreshBooks organisations. FreshBooks itself is not in beta, and its usual pricing still applies.

When the beta ends, VODER will notify you. Your seven days start when VODER sends that notice. If you subscribe during those seven days, the first month is free. Before you subscribe, you’ll see the final price, tax and first charge date. If you do nothing, there is no charge; VODER access ends and VODER removes the FreshBooks connection after those seven days. If you subscribe later, there is no trial or free first month.

After the beta ends, an eligible new VODER organisation gets the normal seven-day trial when you subscribe. Eligibility requires no previous connection, beta access, trial, subscription or payment history for that organisation.

  2. Choose FreshBooks when you add an organisation.
  3. Sign in to FreshBooks and approve VODER’s read access.
  4. If you have more than one eligible business, choose the business to connect.
  5. Return to VODER and confirm that the organisation appears on your dashboard.
